Like you, I felt powerless, anxious, disconnected, self-destructive, distressed and deeply unfulfilled for years. A job I disliked, dysfunctional relationships, severely deteriorating health and a plunge into depression, lead me on a quest to transform my life. My plunge into darkness propelled me on an incredible inner journey of healing, empowerment and reconnection to my true Self and my Heart. Today, my relationship with myself continues to blossom with love, acceptance and compassion and my life is filled with purpose, fulfillment, emotional freedom and joy.
