Spring Meditation Schedule

MEDITATION

A 6-week meditation series to clear your Mind, heal you Heart and reconnect to your Soul. This series will take you on a journey through a variety of different meditation techniques that will help you expand your self-awareness, balance your nervous system, gain clarity and stillness of mind and expand your Heart. The techniques covered in this series include:

  • Mindfulness
  • Guided Visualization
  • Jyothi
  • Inner Smile
  • Who am I
  • Metta
  • Witnessing

You will receive handouts to practice each technique for the week. This series is open to beginners as well as those with an already existing meditation practice.
